Compiz Multi-touch Plugin: Fire PaintI’ve showcased the multi-touch plugin for Compiz before but I thought I’d bring a new feature into the light.  Robert (whose website you can see here: http://highpointvantage.com/) has managed to make the multi-touch plugin compatible with Compiz’s firepaint plugin.  The result is some amazing eye candy as you can see below.

I’m currently trying to find the time to look at the freewins plugin.  It appears that it is very unstable and makes Compiz likely to crash after windows are rotated.  Hopefully a fix can be found.  Then finding a way of allowing the plugin to communicate with Ubuntu’s virtual keyboard better is the next task.  If only we all had the time…
